VISUAL ACTIVITY LOG

See every contact, promise and follow-up in one place.

A good resolution log makes the next review point obvious instead of burying it in old messages.

01

Log every meaningful contact

Record the contact when it changes the plan, evidence, repair, offer, deadline or expected next action.

02

Separate offers from completed action

A promised repair, refund or inspection is not the same as a completed outcome. Track both.

03

Link documents supplied

Reference the diagnostic report, photograph, invoice or complaint sent with that contact.

04

Use a next-review date

Every unresolved contact should lead to a clear next point for review rather than endless open-ended chasing.

Important limitation

A contact log records the history; it does not make a dealer promise legally binding or determine the correct remedy.
