GetInstantResolve guide
Separate the facts already documented from the questions that still need an answer. Record the claim reference, medical or work-capacity documents, insurer contacts, employer information and any formal dates exactly as shown in the source. Then choose the next step using the correct local workers’ compensation scheme.

List missing information
Record when the injury was reported, when the claim was lodged and what acknowledgement or decision has been received.
Track certificates, appointments, restrictions, modified duties and changes in capacity.
Separate liability, medical evidence, wage calculation, treatment approval, work capacity, delay or review issues.
Write down what is still missing — for example a decision letter, medical certificate, employer report, wage calculation or insurer response — and make the next action about obtaining or clarifying that item rather than guessing.
Where a decision is unclear or disputed, preserve the decision and ask for the reasons and supporting basis through the appropriate channel.
Workers' compensation review processes vary by jurisdiction and can have strict time limits. Keep actual statutory or formal dates source-labelled; do not turn a preferred follow-up date into a legal deadline.
GetInstantResolve does not determine medical causation, claim eligibility, compensation entitlement or the result of a review.
