Use platform buyer protection
Save the seller profile, listing, photographs, price, order and payment before content changes or disappears.
Keep tracking, delivery status, unboxing or condition photographs and the specific difference from the listing.
State the problem, requested outcome and response date without moving unnecessarily to insecure channels.
Track the case number, evidence submitted, deadlines and platform decision where applicable.
A card, bank or payment-platform dispute may have a separate deadline. Avoid duplicate recovery and disclose parallel claims where required.
GetInstantResolve does not guarantee seller cooperation, platform protection or a payment reversal.
